 10,400 linear feet of 10” HDPE water line,

 4,545 linear feet of 8” HPDE water line

 4,820 linear feet of 6” HPDE water line,

 20 master meter assemblies (various sizes),

 9 pressure reducing valves (main line, various sizes),

 Automated meter reading system with meter replacement,

 And associated valves, connections, fire hydrants, and other ancillary items,

in Tishomingo County will be received by Tishomingo County Water District herein called the “Owner” at the office of

Tishomingo County Water District, 117 E. Eastport St., Iuka, MS 38852, or electronic bids submitted via

www.deanmcraeplans.com until 10 a.m. local time on 2 November, 2023, and then at said office publicly opened and

read aloud.

*The above listing is a general description of work; bidders attention is directed to the Bid Proposal contained in the

Contract Documents for specific scope and quantities.

Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond, certified check or cashier’s check in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the

Bid shall be furnished by each Bidder as required by the Contract Documents.

Minority and women’s business enterprises are solicited to bid on this contract as prime contractors and are

encouraged to make inquiries regarding potential subcontracting opportunities and equipment, material and/or

supply needs.

Any contract or contracts awarded under this invitation for bids are expected to be funded in whole or in part by

anticipated funds from the ARPA Rural Water Associations Infrastructure Grant (RWAIG). Neither the State of

Mississippi, the Local Governments and Rural Water Systems Improvements Board, nor any of their employees is or will

be a party to this invitation for bids or any resulting or related contracts. This procurement will be subject to all

applicable sections of the Mississippi Code of 1972, Annotated, as they apply to local governments, in accordance

with RWAIG Program Regulations.

Based on the Assistance Listing: Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds and Part 2 of the US Treasury State

and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds Compliance and Reporting Guidance (v3.0 February 2022) (Compliance Guide), the
